The Biotechnological Potential of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Isolated from Maize ( L.) Cultivations in the San Martin Region, Peru.

Maize ( L.) is an essential commodity for global food security and the agricultural economy, particularly in regions such as San Martin, Peru. This study investigated the plant growth-promoting characteristics of native rhizobacteria isolated from maize crops in the San Martin region of Peru with the aim of identifying microorganisms with biotechnological potential.

Rhizospheric Bacteria of Cover Legumes from Acidic Soils Are Capable of Solubilizing Different Inorganic Phosphates.

Due to its adsorption with aluminum and iron hydroxides, phosphorus viability is low in acidic soils; thus, the aim of this study was to isolate and identify bacteria from the rhizosphere of four legumes growing in acidic soils of the Cumbaza Sub-basin, San Martín, Peru, as well as to characterize their ability to solubilize aluminum phosphate and iron phosphate. The isolation process was conducted on TSA medium and the isolates were classified based on their origin and morphocolonial characteristics, with the bacillary shape being the most frequent, followed by cocci. To assess the solubilization of aluminum and iron phosphates, the liquid medium GELP was employed.

Introduction: teleconsultation is a useful healthcare tool in the multidisciplinary management of patients with indications of home enteral nutrition (HEN). The use of different teleconsultation platforms, as it happens in the Andalusian Health System (SAS), results in heterogeneous referral processes between Primary Care and hospital services in the same region. Objectives: to establish a consensus on patient profiles and the minimum data set necessary to guarantee an adequate referral to NED teleconsultation regardless of the existing platform.
