From May 2021 to March 2023, we used Twitter Streaming Application Programming Interface (API), to collect tweets related to synthetic cooling agents with keywords such as 'WS-23,' 'ice,' and 'frozen.

Participants were sedentary/low-active adults, aged ≥18 years, with self-reported physician-diagnosed arthritis, who were assigned to an immediate or delayed group (12-week, wait-list control group).

Retrospective Review of the Efficacy of Droperidol Compared to Prochlorperazine for Headache Management in the Emergency Department.

Introduction Headaches are a common presentation to the emergency department, representing approximately 3% of visits. The standard treatment of headaches has consisted of either monotherapy with an antidopaminergic agent or combination therapy with an antidopaminergic agent, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and diphenhydramine. Although droperidol is an antidopaminergic medication, it previously was not widely used in the treatment of headaches due to safety concerns.

Trends in Office Visits During Which Opioids Were Prescribed for Adults With Arthritis in the US, 2006-2015.

Objective: To analyze trends for visits to office-based physicians at which opioids were prescribed among adults with arthritis in the US, from 2006 to 2015.

Methods: We analyzed nationally representative data on patient visits to office-based physicians from 2006 to 2015 from the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS). Visit percentages for first- and any-listed diagnosis of arthritis by age groups and sex were reported.
