This Letter presents a search for highly ionizing magnetic monopoles in 262  μb^{-1} of ultraperipheral Pb+Pb collision data at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.36  TeV collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC. A new methodology that exploits the properties of clusters of hits reconstructed in the innermost silicon detector layers is introduced to study highly ionizing particles in heavy-ion data.

Background: Person-centred care (PCC) is a fundamental principle in general practice, emphasising practices tailored to individual patient preferences, needs, and values. Despite the importance of PCC, general practitioners (GPs) face obstacles in effectively implementing it, with associated factors remaining unclear.

Objectives: The PACE GP/FP study aims to explore GPs' attitudes towards PCC and the factors facilitating or hindering its implementation in daily practice across European countries.

The ongoing care of transgender patients in United Kingdom (UK) general practice (GP) is hampered by a lack of UK primary care guidelines regarding the monitoring of treatments, despite the key role that general practice has in holistic lifelong care. This quality improvement project aimed to audit the monitoring of treatments and health screening in a GP practice population, across two large practices in southwest England, in order to drive local improvement and to identify gaps in wider healthcare support for this population. This project updated a previously published audit instrument, incorporating a novel, pragmatic standard, based on up-to-date UK gender clinic guidelines and the UK population screening programmes.

The aim of this study was to examine the role of cardiac interoception on self-regulated (Experiment 1) and externally prescribed (Experiment 2) exercises. Cardiac interoception was assessed using heartbeat tracking and discrimination tasks in both experiments. Based on heartbeat discrimination performance, participants were partitioned into groups demonstrating GOOD and POOR cardiac interoceptive accuracy.
