Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) have emerged as crucial therapeutic agents for patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and most recently, lung cancer. These therapies have demonstrated remarkable efficacy in clinical trials; however, multidisciplinary collaboration is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes amid the operational complexities associated with BsAb therapy. As BsAbs are being prepared for broader adoption, clinicians and treatment centers must navigate operational challenges, including financial considerations, patient selection, caregiver involvement, and transitions of care.

Background: Nearly 25% of opioid-related deaths are from prescribed opioids, and the exacerbation of the opioid epidemic by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic underscores the urgent need to address superfluous prescribing. Therefore, we sought to align local opioid prescribing practices with national guidelines in postoperative non-metastatic breast cancer patients.

Context: Effective communication between patients and oncologists is crucial, particularly around illness understanding. When this communication is asymmetric or imbalanced, it can hinder shared decision-making and lead to suboptimal clinical outcomes.

Objectives: We sought to describe physician-patient speech imbalances ("asymmetry") in illness understanding portions of discussions between oncologists and advanced cancer patients and explore potential trends related to patient characteristics.

Purpose: To explore perceptions of student learning in undergraduate nursing students who repeat the fundamentals nursing course and simultaneously take a support course.

Methods: This qualitative descriptive design was conducted at one private liberal arts college. The study included interviews with six undergraduate baccalaureate nursing students repeating the fundamentals course and their perceptions following the repeated course.
