Background: The win ratio analysis method might provide new insight on the impact of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on clinical outcomes.

Objective: The aim is to re-analyse the results of the 'Re-evaluation of the effects of high PEEP with recruitment manoeuvres vs. low PEEP without recruitment manoeuvres during general anaesthesia for surgery' (REPEAT) study using the win ratio analysis.

Antipsychotic discontinuation in nonaffective first-episode psychosis after clinical remission: Insights from the PEPsNa naturalistic study.

The predictors of clinical evolution after nonaffective first-episode psychosis (NAFEP) have yet to be fully elucidated. It is important to weigh the long-term benefits of maintained antipsychotic (AP) treatment against the risks of relapse upon discontinuation. Between January 2017 and December 2022, we recruited 211 NAFEP patients from the Programa de Primeros Episodios Psicóticos de Navarra (PEPsNa) who achieved clinical remission within two years and continued follow-up.

Nevertheless, variability in target volume delineation by radiation oncologists remains a challenge, influencing dose distribution. This study analyzes an online training course by the Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology, focusing on head and neck tumor contouring, to evaluate interobserver variability.
