: To analyze the predictive value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in patients with prostate cancer (PCa) treated with radiotherapy (RT) and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). : Retrospective study of patients with high-risk, very high-risk, or unfavorable intermediate-risk PCa who received RT and ADT between 2008 and 2019 and underwent multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging mpMRI) at 6 months post-RT. Differences in ADC values were compared between patients with and without progression and/or local recurrence.

Little attention has been given to MNPLs originated at the end of the life cycle of 3D-printed objects because of the mechanical and environmental degradation of plastic waste. This study assessed the carcinogenic potential of secondary MNPLs generated through cryomilling of 3D objects using the validated in vitro Bhas 42 cell transformation assay (CTA).

Genetic issues have probably contributed to the decline in the past, and the genetic management of inbreeding and genetic diversity is likely contributing to its recent recovery. The species was an early adopter of genetic and genomic approaches, and the combination of an extreme decline, an intensive monitoring and management programme and extensive genomic resources and data makes the Iberian lynx an excellent model for conservation genomics.

Methods: This is a randomised sham-controlled trial conducted in a primary care public health service. A total of 152 participants were randomly assigned to the CFT group (n=76) and the sham group (n=76).
