Grisel's syndrome is known as a very rare complication of ENT surgery. It is described as non-traumatic atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation, often seen after tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy in children. Therapy is staged according to the Fielding classification.

Objective: We report a case of Grisel's syndrome with a delayed diagnosis. The patient's first presentation in our pediatric orthopedics department was 2 month after surgery (cochlea implantation) with a persistent torticollis.
