With an increasing prevalence of sedentary lifestyles driving a prominent public health crisis, digital health tools such as wearable technologies are revolutionizing clinicians' ability to track physical activity and exercise. Despite their ubiquity in the consumer market, these technologies have not yet been fully incorporated into clinical practice. Though these tools promise efficacy and accessibility, a careful review of the current literature is important to understand the challenges and future promise of clinical implementation.

Introduction: B cell exhaustion is a functional abnormality of B lymphocytes observed in chronic infections and shows association with autoreactivity. The role of exhausted and classical memory B cells in maintaining disease stability of lupus nephritis (LN) remains unclear.

Methods: We measured classical memory (CD19CD21CD27), exhausted B cells (CD19CD21CD27), and related cytokines in LN patients with multiple relapses (MR) (n = 15) and no relapse (NR) (n = 15) during disease remission.

Treatment for urologic cancers often includes major oncologic procedures and surgeries with a risk of complications, especially in older and frail patients. The aim of prehabilitation programs is to optimize perioperative functional status in the hope of improving postoperative outcomes and preventing deconditioning. Mobile applications (mHealth) and wearable devices are being integrated into home-based prehabilitation programs.
