Many drugs act as enzyme inhibitors, decreasing their activity and thus correcting a metabolic imbalance. This study aims to identify bioactive molecules with antioxidant and inhibitory activity over acetylcholinesterase and cyclooxygenase enzymes present in pisco grape pomace green extracts.
