Introduction: Treatment of acute complex fracture-dislocation of the elbow has been associated with a high rate of complications. Internal Joint Stabilizer of the Elbow (IJSE) device appears as a valid option to optimize and improve our results.
Material And Methods: We present a retrospective case series of five patients treated at our institution with IJS-E System (Skeletal DynamicsR) from February 2019 to 2020.
Background: Lateral wall fracture has been recognized as an important sign of instability of pertrochanteric fractures. The aim of the present study is to assess the relationship between lateral wall fractures, helical blade telescoping and neck shortening in fractures treated with intramedullary nailing.
Material And Method: A descriptive radiological study was performed at our institution.

Introduction: The elderly population candidate for total hip arthroplasty (THA) is increasing exponentially in developed countries, due to the high prevalence of osteoarthritis (OA). The objective is to identify the overall survival in patients over 85 years with primary OA who underwent THA.
Material And Methods: Retrospective observational study in patients over 85 years with primary hip OA undergoing THA between 2012 and 2019.
Introduction: The objective of this study is to assess the type, frequency and severity of complications after the implantation of the modular monopolar radial head prosthesis.
Material And Methods: Forty-seven patients with 48 radial head prostheses implanted between 2009 and 2017 were reviewed retrospectively. Patients were evaluated clinical and radiographically for a mean follow-up of 43.
