Background: The use of mobile health (mHealth, wireless communication devices, and/or software technologies) in health care delivery has increased rapidly in recent years. Their integration into disease management programs (DMPs) has tremendous potential to improve outcomes for patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), yet a more robust evaluation of the evidence is required.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to undertake a systematic review and meta-analysis of mHealth-enabled DMPs to determine their effectiveness in reducing readmissions and mortality in patients with CAD.
Background: mHealth technologies are now widely utilised to support the delivery of secondary prevention programs in heart disease. Interventions with mHealth included have shown a similar efficacy and safety to conventional programs with improvements in access and adherence. However, questions remain regarding the successful wider implementation of digital-supported programs.

There are no data about amputation rates and mortality in Argentina related to this disease. The aim of this study was to describe clinical features of adult patients with diabetes that consulted for a foot ulcer in a 3 months' period and to evaluate outcomes six months later.

We herein present the case of a 62 year old male with history of recurrent bladder cancers treated in 2004 and 2005 and a left distal ureteral high grade pT3aN1M0 urothelial cancer treated with distal ureterectomy and reimplant followed by adjuvant chemotherapy in 2014 who presented after a 5 year recurrence-free interval with tonic-clonic seizure. Further workup revealed an isolated 12.
