A challenge for cancer vaccines is to elicit immune responses of sufficient magnitude to control malignant tumor growth and spread. In this study, we iteratively screened a panel of 22 lipid-phase vaccine adjuvants in mice for the elicitation of neoantigen-specific CD8⁺ T cell responses, using an integrated peptide-lipid nanoparticle approach. CL401, a dual Toll-like receptor 2/7 (TLR2/7) adjuvant rapidly induced neoantigen-specific T cell responses and improved lymphatic drainage and uptake of the particle.

Background: Procarbazine-containing chemotherapy regimens are associated with cytopenias and infertility, suggesting stem-cell toxicity. When treating Hodgkin lymphoma, procarbazine in escalated-dose bleomycin-etoposide-doxorubicin-cyclophosphamide-vincristine-procarbazine-prednisolone (eBEACOPP) is increasingly replaced with dacarbazine (eBEACOPDac) to reduce toxicity. We aimed to investigate the impact of this drug substitution on the mutation burden in stem cells, patient survival, and toxicity.

Peripheral Nerve Injuries (PNI) affect more than 20 million Americans and severely impact quality of life by causing long-term disability. PNI is characterized by nerve degeneration distal to the site of nerve injury resulting in long periods of skeletal muscle denervation. During this period, muscle fibers atrophy and frequently become incapable of "accepting" innervation because of the slow speed of axon regeneration post injury.

Worldwide, osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common cause of joint pain in older people. Many factors contribute to osteoarthritis' development and progression, including secondary osteoarthritis' underlying causes. It is important to note that osteoarthritis affects all four tissues: cartilage, bone, joint capsule, and articular apparatus.

Epicardial cells are a crucial component in constructing 3D tissue models of the human heart, contributing to the ECM environment and the resident mesenchymal cell population. Studying the human epicardium and its development from the proepicardial organ is difficult, but induced pluripotent stem cells can provide a source of human epicardial cells for developmental modeling and for biomanufacturing heterotypic cardiac tissues. This study shows that a robust population of epicardial cells (approx.
