To assess the effectiveness of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) on electrocardiographic remodeling in patients with severe aortic stenosis (AS), and identify its influencing factors. A cohort study was conducted on patients with a confirmed diagnosis of severe AS who successfully underwent TAVR at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between June 2018 and March 2023. Data, including standard 15-lead electrocardiograms and echocardiograms, were collected before the operation, 1 week after the operation, and 3 months after the operation.

Proanthocyanidins (PAs), the critical pigments responsible for the color of brown cotton fiber, are produced on the endoplasmic reticulum and subsequently transported to the vacuole for polymerization and/or storage. Previous studies have identified GhTT12 as a potential transmembrane transporter of PAs in Gossypium hirsutum, with GhTT12 being a homolog of Arabidopsis Transparent Testa 12 (TT12).

It plays a major role in the physiopathology of acute cerebral ischemia, as it accounts for both the upstream arterial collaterals and cerebral microperfusion. This enables it to circumvent the limitations of various arterial collateral evaluation systems, which often fail to consider impaired autoregulation and its impact on cerebral blood flow at the microcirculatory levels.

Methods: The research was conducted under both fasting and fed studies and employed a single-center, randomized, open-label, single-dose, three-period design with partial-repeat and crossover elements. A total of 71 healthy Chinese adult participants were included under fasting (n = 36) and fed (n = 35) conditions.
Objective: Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effects of an exercise intervention on bone mineral content (BMC), bone mineral density (BMD), and bone metabolism in adolescents.
Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science for RCTs on "exercise, adolescents, BMD, bone metabolism" up to 10 September 2024. Included RCTs focused on effects of exercise on BMC, BMD, and bone metabolism in 10-19 years old, with physical activity as exercise group and daily living/primal exercise as control group.
