This study aims to evaluate the changes in forest cover from 1994 to 2015, identify the key drivers of forest recovery, and predict future trends. Using high-resolution remote sensing data, we mapped forest canopy density into detailed categories (closed > 50%, open 10-50%, and deforested < 10%) to differentiate processes like degradation, deforestation, densification, reforestation, and afforestation. A multinomial logistic regression was used to explore the relationship between the forest processes and socioeconomic, proximity, planning, and policy potential drivers.

Introduction: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a progressive lung disease often complicated by sarcopenia, significantly impacting patient outcomes. This study investigates the prevalence and clinical implications of sarcopenia in IPF patients using morphofunctional assessment methods.

Materials And Methods: Eighty-four IPF patients (predominantly male) were evaluated for sarcopenia using the European Working Group on Sarcopenia in Older People 2 (EWGSOP2) criteria.

Background: Pain is the leading cause of disability and reduced quality of life worldwide. Despite the increasing burden for patients and healthcare systems, pain research remains underfunded and under focused. Having stakeholders identify and prioritize areas that need urgent attention in the field will help focus funding topics, reduce 'research waste', improve the effectiveness of pain research and therapy and promote the uptake of research evidence.

In the present work, a general model of the electrokinetics and dielectric response of a concentrated salt-free colloid is developed which includes consideration of the finite size of the counterions released by the particles to the solution, a nonhomogeneous permittivity of the solution, the existence of Born and dielectrophoretic forces acting on the counterions, and especially the fact that the solution viscosity and diffusion counterion coefficient are allowed to be functions of the local counterion concentration. These effects have recently been discussed by J. J.
