Between 2021 and 2023, the Scientific Council of Dietplus, a group specialized in overweight and obesity management, conducted a clinical study on 170 volunteer subjects with a BMI > 29 Kg/m consecutively recruited. The Dietplus program comprises nutritional education, intensive, personalized coaching, and consuming food supplements rich in plant derivatives. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of the Dietplus program on biometric, behavioral, and biological parameters.

Population-based screening of neonates for genetic risk of chronic disease carries the risk of increased emotional burden for parents.
Methods: Information was collected using a well-being questionnaire for parents of infants identified as having an increased risk for T1D in a multinational research study.
Background And Purpose: For irradiation of localized prostate-cancer, moderately-hypofractionated regimens with a variety of dose per fraction are used. We adopted a regimen of 70 Gy in 28 fractions of 2.5 Gy, using state of the art radiotherapy (RT) and closely monitored the efficacy, toxicity and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in a large cohort, using patient-reported outcomes.
