Following the onset of COVID-19, demand for US veterinary services rapidly increased, similarly driving up demand in upstream veterinary labor markets. This increasing demand starkly contrasted with the "excess capacity" period following the Great Recession, marked by fewer opportunities and low wages for veterinarians. Better models and forecasts of veterinary labor market conditions improve information for decision-making by veterinarians, relevant business owners, professional associations, and educational institutions.

Prior evidence highlighted a significant contribution of the non-canonical NF-κB signalling pathway in initiation and aggressiveness of different tumour types. Lymphotoxin-β (LTβ) stimulates the NF-κB-inducing kinase (NIK), resulting in the activation of the transcription factor RelB.

The dynamics of the Mott transition in correlated electron oxides, such as vanadium dioxide, has been identified as a rich and reliable source of such functional complexity. However, its full potential in high-speed and low-power operation has been largely unexplored.
