Telehealth appointments in the healthcare sector have increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, increasing patients' access to services. However, research exploring nurse perceptions of implemented telehealth services in the community sector is limited. Within the context of quality improvement, the current study aimed to understand child health nurses' acceptance and use of a novel telehealth platform using mixed methods.

Reflections On Epidemiological Modeling To Inform Policy During The COVID-19 Pandemic In Western Europe, 2020-23.

We reflect on epidemiological modeling conducted throughout the COVID-19 pandemic in Western Europe, specifically in Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Western Europe was initially one of the worst-hit regions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Western European countries deployed a range of policy responses to the pandemic, which were often informed by mathematical, computational, and statistical models.

Targeting the Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) Pseudokinase Domain: Discovery of the Selective TYK2 Inhibitor ABBV-712.

Tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) is a nonreceptor tyrosine kinase that belongs to the JAK family also comprising JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3. TYK2 is an attractive target for various autoimmune diseases as it regulates signal transduction downstream of IL-23 and IL-12 receptors. Selective TYK2 inhibition offers a differentiated clinical profile compared to currently approved JAK inhibitors.

Translational opportunities and challenges of invasive electrodes for neural interfaces.

Invasive brain-machine interfaces can restore motor, sensory and cognitive functions. However, their clinical adoption has been hindered by the surgical risk of implantation and by suboptimal long-term reliability. In this Review, we highlight the opportunities and challenges of invasive technology for clinically relevant electrophysiology.

The relationship between buy-in and implementation: Measuring teacher buy-in to a high school reform effort.

'Buy-in,' or the extent to which individuals believe in and actively support interventions, is an important but understudied component of program evaluation. This paper articulates a conceptual framework and describes survey scales for measuring buy-in. The paper applies the framework and survey to a program evaluation of an effort implementing the early college model in 16 high schools.
