Considerations of equity in the development of tools that identify and respond to end-of-life carer support needs: a scoping review protocol.

Introduction: Informal caregivers are essential in supporting end-of-life patients at home but are often ill-prepared for the carer role. There is growing interest in the development of tools to assess caregiver support needs and a recognised need for a greater focus on addressing inequities in end-of-life care. We plan to undertake a scoping review of available literature to (1) identify and describe tools developed to assess the support needs of informal caregivers in end-of-life care; (2) report on any inequities and under-represented groups in tool development and use.

Primary care services in the English NHS: are they a thorn in the side of integrated care systems? A qualitative analysis.

Background: As integrated care systems are embedded across England there are regions where the integration process has been evaluated and continues to evolve. Evaluation of these integrated systems contributes to our understanding of the challenges and facilitators to this ongoing process. This can support integrated care systems nationwide as they continue to develop.

European-wide policymaking at the urban level: a qualitative study.

Background: Inter-urban area (UA) health inequalities can be as dramatic as those between high and low-income countries. Policies need to focus on the determinants of health specific to UAs to effect change. This study therefore aimed to determine the degree to which policymakers from different countries could make autonomous health and wellbeing policy decisions for their urban jurisdiction area.

Barriers and Facilitators to the Adoption and Sustained Use of Cleaner Fuels in Southwest Cameroon: Situating 'Lay' Knowledge within Evidence-Based Policy and Practice.

Approximately four million people die each year in low- and middle-income countries from household air pollution (HAP) due to inefficient cooking with solid fuels. Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) offers a clean energy option in the transition towards renewable energy. This qualitative study explored lay knowledge of barriers and facilitators to scaling up clean fuels in Cameroon, informed by Quinn et al.
