Characterization of Forced Degradation Products of Netarsudil: Optimization and Validation of a Stability-Indicating RP-HPLC Method for Simultaneous Quantification of Process-Related Impurities.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to examine resolution, identification, and characterization of forced degradation products of netarsudil by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry by validating a simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography method for the resolution, identification, and quantification of two process-related impurities in netarsudil.

Materials And Methods: Chromatographic separation was accomplished on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 (250 x 4.6 mm; 5 µ id) column at room temperature as the stationary phase and 257 nm as the detector wavelength with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile, methanol, and pH 4.

Stalk rot species diversity and molecular phylogeny associated with diseased maize in India.

Stalk rot disease is a major constraint in maize production and till date reported to be caused by two to three species of phytopathogenic fungi but, in our present study, we disclose the first report of stalk rot is caused by complex species of phytopathogens, which belongs to five different genera. Therefore, to substantiate these findings, a total of 105 diseased samples of maize were collected from 21 different locations in six different geographical locations of India from which 48 isolates were used for the research study. Morphological features such as pigmentation, colony color, type of mycelium and pattern of mycelium was examined using macro and microscopic methods.

To analyze clinical and echocardiographic outcomes after transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) with mitral valve clip device (MitraClip-TM) for functional vs degenerative mitral valve regurgitation (MR). All consecutive 185 patients undergoing TEER between January 2019 and March 2023 were included in the study. A propensity-adjusted analysis investigated differences among functional vs degenerative MR mechanism groups.
