Introduction: Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes guidelines indicate that glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants comprise the first therapeutic regimens after 4 to 6 months of treatment for high-risk primary membranous nephropathy (PMN). However, some patients cannot achieve complete or partial remission at 6 months. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of traditional immunotherapy combined with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a well-known immune regulator, in patients with PMN.

Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of balloon occlusion and intra-sac thrombin injection in the endovascular repair of ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Methods: From October 2019 to October 2022, the clinical data of 16 patients with rAAA treated with balloon occlusion technique and intra-sac thrombin injection combined with EVAR were retrospectively analyzed, including 13 males and 3 females, aged 42-85 years, with a median age of 70.5 years.
Background: Breast morphology is the primary objective indicator for evaluating the outcome of augmentation surgery. Studies have indicated that breast morphology undergoes certain changes during the early postoperative period, which may result in a discrepancy between postoperative outcomes and preoperative design. This study utilized three-dimensional scanning technology and statistical methods to analyze the influencing factors of breast morphology changes, aiming to provide reference for implant selection and preoperative surgical planning.

Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 29 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated with orthopedic surgical robot-assisted percutaneous screw fixation from July 2021 to August 2023 was conducted. Among them, 13 patients who underwent preoperative 3D printing technology for screw planning were assigned to the experimental group, and the remaining 16 patients were assigned to the control group.
Aim: To investigate the relationship between physical activity and risk of all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD).
Methods: We recruited 561 PAD cases of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 1999 to 2004 and linked mortality data through December 31, 2019. We explored the effect of aerobic physical activity and muscle-strengthening activity on the risk of all-cause and CVD mortality employing cox proportional hazard ratios (HRs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) from 1999 to 2019.
