Nucleic acid nanoparticles (NANPs) fabricated by using the DNA origami method have broad utility in materials science and bioengineering. Their site-specific, heterovalent functionalization with secondary molecules such as proteins or fluorophores is a unique feature of this technology that drives its utility. Currently, however, there are few chemistries that enable fast, efficient covalent functionalization of NANPs with a broad conjugate scope and heterovalency.

Induction of IFNγ responses is thought be necessary for anti-tumor immunity, but growing evidence also implicates IFNγ as a tumor-intrinsic mediator of CPI resistance. CPI-induced IFNγ mediates activation-induced cell death in T cells as an immune-intrinsic mechanism of resistance.

This study extends previous research on HIV and COVID-19 infection to test associations with mpox vaccination and symptoms of depression and anxiety among sexual minority men during the mpox outbreak.
Method: Between July 28, 2022 and September 22, 2022, adult cisgender sexual minority men (n = 2,614) were recruited from social networking applications and completed a cross-sectional online survey that assessed collective efficacy (united action), mpox vaccination, and symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Objective: Dynamic measures of team adaptation based in team cognition theory and the measurement of real-time team cognition are developed. The present study examines the validity and context-specificity of this measurement framework for simulation-based team training.
Background: Teams adapt by reorganizing their coordination behavior to overcome challenges in dynamic environments.
Broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) targeting the apex of the HIV-1-envelope (Env) trimer comprise the most potent category of HIV-1 bNAbs and have emerged as promising therapeutics. Here, we investigate the development of the HIV-1 apex-directed PGT145-PGDM1400 antibody lineage and report cryo-EM structures at 3.4 Å resolution of PGDM1400 and of an improved PGT145 variant (PGT145-R100aS), each bound to the BG505 Env trimer.
