Introduction: Delirium and multiple long-term conditions (MLTC) share numerous risk factors and have been shown individually to be associated with adverse outcomes following hospitalisation. However, the extent to which these common ageing syndromes have been studied together is unknown. This scoping review aims to summarise our knowledge to date on the interrelationship between MLTC and delirium.

Aim: The aim of this study is to determine if increasing the strength of the lower limb muscles can improve the effectiveness of the venous pump and postural BP in older people with OH.
Methods: Ten older people with OH underwent an 8-week lower limb strengthening intervention.
Background: A postural blood pressure assessment is required to diagnose Orthostatic Hypotension. With increasing remote consultations, alternative methods of performing postural blood pressure assessment are required.
Objective: Determine whether postural blood pressure measurement at home, without a clinician, is reliable, feasible and safe.

The multifractal model of turbulence (MFM) and the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations are blended together by applying the probabilistic scaling arguments of the former to a hierarchy of weak solutions of the latter. This process imposes a lower bound on both the multifractal spectrum [Formula: see text], which appears naturally in the Large Deviation formulation of the MFM, and on [Formula: see text] the standard scaling parameter. These bounds respectively take the form: (i) [Formula: see text], which is consistent with Kolmogorov's four-fifths law ; and (ii) [Formula: see text].

Experimental work was carried out on multiple spectrometers at two different laboratories, aiming to explore multivariate model stability and transfer between instruments. Three modelling methods were employed: Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis, Random Forests, and a One Class Classification approach.
