[Comparison of level of satisfaction of users of home care: integrated model vs. dispensaries model].

Objective: To determine the level of satisfaction of users that receive home health care through two different models of primary health care: integrated model and dispensaries model.

Design: cross-sectional, observational study.

Location: Two primary care centers in the province of Barcelona.

Voda guiding catheter is superior to amplatz guiding catheter for performing left circumflex PTCA.

Amplatz guiding catheters have traditionally been recommended for performing Left Circumflex PTCA because of their enhanced support. The Voda (Scimed Inc.) design guiding catheter may provide similar support for the left coronary artery, particularly the left circumflex, with less catheter manipulation.

[The prevalence of serological markers for the human immunodeficiency virus and the hepatitis B virus in a psychiatric hospital].

Objectives: To estimate the prevalence of antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), antibodies to hepatitis B core antigen (anti-HBc), hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), and antibodies to delta virus (anti-DV).

Design: Cross-sectional (prevalence) study. A non-proportional (stratified by length of stay) random sample of 20% of admitted patients was selected.
