Therefore, this study aimed to develop functionally active chitosan (CS)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)-based biopolymer films and evaluate the effect of Justicia Adhatoda extract (JAE), pure quercetin (Q), and CS-capped quercetin nanoparticles ((Q) NPs) on sustainable bread packaging.
