Objective: To describe the SPOR Evidence Alliance's co-creation and evaluation of two capacity building courses on knowledge synthesis for patient and public partners.

Study Design And Setting: Two three-week courses were collaboratively designed by, with, and for patient and public partners on engagement in knowledge synthesis. The first course, offered virtually in 2021, focused on patient and public engagement in systematic reviews and rapid reviews.

Aim: Chemoradiation therapy (CRT) is considered as the first line of treatment for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the anal canal. Following initial CRT, patients who present with either persistent or locally recurrent disease are treated by surgical intervention. The aim of our study is to determine the prognostic factors associated with failure of CRT and overall mortality in patients with anal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).

The study was set out to establish the potential for psychotherapy to effect improvements in patients with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Eight patients with NPD who improved in treatment were identified. Consensus clinician/investigator diagnostic scores from before and after the psychotherapies were retroactively established on the Diagnostic Interview for Narcissism (DIN) and the Diagnostic Statistic Manual for Psychiatric Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) Personality Disorder Section II criteria.

Objective: To determine how serologic responses to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination and infection in immune-mediated inflammatory disease (IMID) are affected by time since last vaccination and other factors.

Methods: Post-COVID-19 vaccination, data, and dried blood spots or sera were collected from adults with rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis and spondylarthritis, and psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The first sample was collected at enrollment, then at 2 to 4 weeks and 3, 6, and 12 months after the latest vaccine dose.

Objective: To evaluate a fast-track triage model in an integrated community specialty clinic to reduce the age of diagnosis for patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Study Design: A retrospective chart review was performed for patients seen in an integrated community specialty pediatric practice using a fast-track screening and triage model. The percentage of ASD diagnoses, age at diagnosis, and time from referral to diagnosis were evaluated.
