Background: Information regarding the clinical features and management of drug-induced anaphylaxis (DIA) in Latin America is lacking.
Objective: The objective of this study was to assess implicated medications, demographics, and treatments received for DIA in Latin American patients referred to national specialty centers for evaluation.
Method: A database previously used to compile information on drug-induced allergic reactions in 11 Latin American countries was used to identify and characterize patients presenting specifically with a clinical diagnosis of DIA.
The Public Health Code includes the practice of ambulatory surgery. The regulations are well defined and different from the practice of out patients' care. Good practice of this surgery necessitates the will and involvement of the patient, the support of his/her family which means that the operated patient is not alone when he/she returns home after surgery and a medical team remains in contact with the patient.

Alterations in mucociliary clearance have been extensively studied in asthma, but less frequently in allergic rhinitis. In rhinitis, conflicting results have arisen: while some authors reported no change, others noticed a reduction in nasal mucociliary clearance.

The different factors influencing a nerve compression have been studied regarding to the anterior epineurium modifications. Depending on the interstitial collagen sclerosis 3 histological groups have been separated in 55 patients. There is no influence on the epineurium layer depending on the pre-operative electrologic neuro-stenosis and denervation data.
