Neuropathic pain (NP) is a heterogeneous group of conditions characterized by the experience of a number of sensory disturbances including pain, burning sensations, paroxysms of stabbing pain, dysesthesias, allodynia, and hyperalgesia. The above-mentioned sensations may occur in a specific dermatome area or other delimited region of the body. The objective of this review was to analyze the evidence for ketamine in multifactorial neuropathic pain.

Different emerging pathogens have been found in drinking water and their presence is considered to be an important public health problem. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out the validation of reliable technologies for this type of pathogens and evaluate their performance.

While the Great Plains have experienced a long history of regular disturbances from drought and floods, grazing, and fires, the increased frequency and magnitude of these disturbances can reduce ecological resilience, largely depending on management practices. Alternative strategies designed to adaptively manage grazing land resources based on the ecology of the system should increase the resistance and resilience to disturbances when compared to prevailing practices.

'Active' nuclear-directed transport and efficient translocations across nuclear pore complexes provide the most effective means of maximizing nuclear localization. Nuclear-targeting systems based on nuclear localization signal (NLS) motifs have progressed significantly since the beginning of the current millennium.

Introduction: This discourse delves into the intricate connections between the endosomal-lysosomal system and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), shedding light on an essential yet less understood dimension of targeted therapy. While ADCs have revolutionized cancer treatment, resistance remains a formidable challenge, often involving diverse and overlapping mechanisms.
Areas Covered: This discourse highlights the roles of various components within the endosomal machinery, including Rab proteins, in ADC resistance development.
