- The researchers found that while PFA did not protect HGFs from the harmful effects of zoledronate (ZOL), Dynasore successfully prevented cell death when exposed to ZOL and inhibited the macropinocytosis process.
- Overall results indicated that Dynasore was effective in blocking ZOL entry and preventing endosomal acidification, suggesting it could be a potential treatment option for managing medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw.
Purpose: Significant disparity exists in the diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship outcomes among Black breast cancer (BC) survivors. Black BC survivors have more significant survivorship issues and a greater burden of illness than White counterparts. Barriers to rehabilitation exist for all BC survivors but are magnified in Black BC survivors.
