Introduction: Laboratory animals are widely used in biomedical research. Surveillance of naturally occurring virus in laboratory animals is important to fully understand the results of animal experiment, control laboratory-acquired infections among research personnel and manage viral transmission within laboratory animal populations. However, high-production costs and risks associated with viral vector-based CAR-T cells-such as insertional mutagenesis and secondary tumour formation-remain challenges. Our study introduces an innovative CAR-T engineering approach using mRNA delivered via lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), aiming to reduce costs and enhance safety while maintaining strong anti-tumour efficacy.

Background: The Prickle2 (Pk2) gene shows promising potential in uncovering the underlying causes of epilepsy, a neurological disorder that is currently not well understood. This paper utilizes the online tool PubMed to gather and condense information on the involvement of PCP channels and the associated roles of PCP pathway molecules in the onset of epilepsy. These findings are significant for advancing epilepsy treatment.
