Routine ultrasonography examination may miss fetal defecation and if seen it can be a source of misinterpretation which can lead to a wrong diagnose and management of pregnancy. We report two rare cases of fetal defecation in the second trimester and we describe 3D sonographic findings associated with this condition.

The mineral liskeardite, an arsenate mineral with major cations of iron and aluminium, has been studied by a combination of scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The mineral shows a fibrous nature. Semi-quantitative chemical analysis shows an Al and Fe arsenate phase with minor amounts of K, Cu, S and Si.

However in the Czech Republic the incidence of the invasive carcinomas during the last 10 years did not considerably decrease. Luksch observed transfer of malignant cells during different manipulations into the blood circulation of the animals. During gynecologic surgery of a choriocarcinoma and of an ovarian carcinoma Luksch and Cernoch prooved trace of malignant cells within the blood circulation related to the manipulation of tumors during surgery.
