Pediatric liver transplantation (PLT) is a life-saving procedure for children with end-stage liver disease. However, post-transplant monitoring, particularly the diagnosis and prognosis of complications such as allograft fibrosis, remains challenging. Background: The authors present a cadaveric validation of a minimally invasive articular cartilage preserving olecranon osteotomy technique for use in the operative management of distal humeral fractures.
Methods: Twenty-four elbows in six male and six female formaldehyde embalmed cadavers were dissected. With the cadaver placed in a lateral decubitus position, a posterior sub-periosteal dissection was performed to the medial and lateral aspects of the olecranon at the level of the joint and Mini Hohmann retractors were inserted into each side of the ulnohumeral joint.

Atrial flutter with 1:1 atrioventricular conduction is a rare cause of wide complex tachycardia, which presents a diagnostic challenge. This report describes a series of eight cases of 1:1 atrial flutter compiled during 2018-2022. The cases in this report include patients without class 1 anti-arrhythmic use or pre-excitation.
