Unilateral adrenal hemorrhage in forty-five-year-old woman.

We herein describe a case of adrenal hemorrhage on the right side in a forty-five-year-old woman. Her medical history did not show any evidence of an acute bleeding. The hematoma was removed and adrenalectomy performed.
