We report on a 23-year-old male patient showing sclerosing lipogranuloma of the genitalia and surface ulceration of the penis. Histologic investigation revealed a granuloma of the foreign body type spreading both dermally and subcutaneously and showing cavities of varying sizes, resembling Swiss cheese, which were partly coated with macrophages. Histochemical tests with Sudan Ill, Sudan-black B and OsO4, as well as chromatographic analysis confirmed the presence of a hydrophobic unpolar lipid, such as liquid paraffin.

We report on a 26-year-old male patient suffering from a rapidly progressing sclerodermiform induration and edema on his chest, neck, and face, which was more pronounced on the left side of his body. The disease had developed within two months and took a lethal course. Two months before the disease set on, the patient had removed a bluish nodule from his left axilla.

We report on a 32-year-old man suffering from generalized papulonecrotic and haemorrhagic eruption of the skin and oral mucosa. The histologic feature showed leucocytoclastic vasculitis with mononuclear concentration around the deep vessels. Pathologic-anatomical investigation revealed hematogenously disseminated tuberculosis of the lungs.

A follicular lichenoid generalized granuloma anulare in a 63 years old man with diabetes mellitus and sarcoidosis ( Mentoux -negative) is described. The histopathology revealed granuloma anulare localized around the hair follicles and the eccrine sweat gland ducts.
