Background: Total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) is a successful treatment method for patients with end-stage glenohumeral osteoarthritis and different factors influencing the clinical outcome have been determined. However, the role of hand dominance on the postoperative clinical results and implant survival is not well analyzed. Hypothesis: Hand Dominance does not influence the outcome after TSA.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the occurrence of radiological deterioration in hips that were initially diagnosed and treated according to established guidelines within a university-based risk-enriched cohort and to identify associated risk factors.
Materials And Methods: Patients diagnosed with developmental DDH from 2009 to 2018 with sonographically healthy hips (alpha > 64°) post conservative therapy and at least one follow-up X-ray by the age of two were analysed.

Introduction: To determine whether differences exist in the measured range of motion (ROM) by the goniometer, equinometer, and 3-dimensional (3D) gait analysis in different settings (under general anesthesia (GA) or in the clinic) among patients with cerebral palsy.
Methods: A prospective comparative cohort study was conducted at our orthopaedics center, where 15 patients with diplegic cerebral palsy (30 limbs) were evaluated, all of whom had Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) level I and II. ROM was measured by (1) goniometer under GA (benchmark), (2) goniometer analysis during clinical examination, (3) equinometer under GA, (4) equinometer in the clinic, and (5) 3D gait analysis.
