Background And Purpose: The geometrical accuracy of auto-segmentation using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) has been demonstrated. This study aimed to investigate the dose-volume impact of differences between automatic and manual OARs for locally advanced (LA) and peripherally located early-stage (ES) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Material And Methods: A single CNN was created for automatic delineation of the heart, lungs, main left and right bronchus, esophagus, spinal cord and trachea using 55/10/40 patients for training/validation/testing.
This study used self-determination theory to examine the role of participants' autonomous and controlled motivation to exercise and to participate in a challenging mass cycling event and investigated whether the event enhanced intended and actual exercise behavior among the participants. Two hundred and twenty-eight subjects, having participated in the cycling event, completed a questionnaire shortly after the event and again 4 months later. The questionnaire measured self-reported cycling and exercise activity, training in preparation of the event, motivation to participate in the event, motivation to exercise, and future exercise intentions due to the event.

We propose the term "cyclomodulins" to describe the growing family of bacterial toxins and effectors that interfere with the eukaryotic cell cycle. Inhibitory cyclomodulins, such as cytolethal distending toxins (CDTs) and the cycle inhibiting factor (Cif), block mitosis and might constitute powerful weapons for immune evasion by inhibiting clonal expansion of lymphocytes.

Both use a type III secretion system (TTSS) encoded by the 'locus of enterocyte effacement' (LEE) to subvert and attach to epithelial cells through the injection of a repertoire of effector molecules.
