Temperature is a key determinant of microbial behaviour and survival in the environment and within hosts. At intermediate temperatures, growth rate varies according to the Arrhenius law of thermodynamics, which describes the effect of temperature on the rate of a chemical reaction. However, the mechanistic basis for this behaviour remains unclear.

The two prominent MRI techniques used in this context are turbo spin echo (TSE) and echo-planar diffusion-weighted imaging (EP-DWI). TSE is recognized for providing high-resolution anatomical images, whereas EP-DWI offers functional imaging that highlights the diffusion of water molecules, essential for detecting early pathological changes.

Nilgirianthus ciliatus, extensively exploited for its pharmacological properties, is now classified as vulnerable. In vitro micropropagation offers a sustainable approach for ecological conservation and rational utilization of this biodiversity resource. This study aimed to reduce endophytes during in vitro propagation and isolating antimicrobial-resistant endophytes from N.

This case presents a male patient in his 40s who presented to the outpatient department with a chief issue of a painless swelling over the inguinal region for 4 months, gradually increasing in size, along with a history of a gradually enlarging, painless mass on his left knee over the past 5 years. Despite occasional discomfort during physical activities, the mass exhibited no associated trauma, fever, weight loss or systemic symptoms.

This study is developed as part of our ongoing Public Environmental Outreach Program at the Detroit Exploration and Nature Center in Palmer Park. Twenty-one Chironomidae species were discovered in and on the adjacent riparian vegetation of this pond using molecular and morphological methods.
