Background: PET/CT image quality is directly influenced by the F-18-FDG injected activity. The higher the injected activity, the less noise in the reconstructed images but the more radioactive staff exposition. A new FDA cleared software has been introduced to obtain clinical PET images, acquired at 25% of the count statistics considering US practices.

Each drug or drug combination was tested in patch clamp assays on seven cardiac ion channels, in in silico models of human ventricular electrophysiology (Virtual Assay) using control (healthy) or high-risk cell populations, and in human-induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes. In each assay, concentration-response curves encompassing and exceeding therapeutic free plasma levels were generated.

To assess the utility of this dose calculation software tool in routine clinical practice.
Materials And Methods: First, radiochromic films were positioned on the examination table in the back of an adult anthropomorphic phantom to measure PSD, and X-ray examinations were simulated.
Aim: To evaluate indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) gene expression in non-muscle-invasive urothelial cell bladder carcinoma (NMIBC).
Patients And Methods: Seventy-four patients undergoing surgical treatment for NMIBC were enrolled in the study. IDO gene expression was assessed by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).
In this study, the impact of radiochromic films' (XR-RV3) calibration on PSD measurements was investigated under various peak kilovoltage (kVp) and additional filtration conditions. Films were calibrated free-in-air for six beam qualities with Allura Xper FD20 system (Philips). Six calibration curves (CCs) were constructed.
