Association of dilution hyponatremia and normal natriuresis produce an inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. In this pulmonary tuberculosis case we report manifestations along with the other biological criteria of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. All disturbances cease when pulmonary tuberculosis is cured.

The clinical manifestations are generally the consequence of bronchial erosion and blocking. Bronchial endoscopy is the essential examination which allows the tumour to be seen and a biopsy to be made.
