The promise of replacing the diagnostic categories of personality disorder with a better-grounded system has been only partially met. We still need to understand whether our main dimensional taxonomies, those of the , 11th Revision () and the , Fifth Edition (), are the same or different, and elucidate whether a unified structure is possible. We also need truly independent pathological domains, as they have shown unacceptable overlap so far.

A concept is proposed for the recycling of Li-ion batteries with an open-loop method that allows to reduce the volume of wastes and simultaneously to produce valuable materials in large amounts (Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs). After dissolution of Nickel, Manganese, Cobalt (NMC) batteries in acidic solution (HCl, HNO or HSO/HO), addition of organic moieties and a heat treatment, different MOFs are obtained. Solutions after precipitation are analyzed by inductively coupled plasma and materials are characterized by powder X-Ray diffraction, N adsorption, thermogravimetric analysis and Scanning electron microscope.

Acquired cutis laxa (ACL) is an uncommon elastolytic disorder of unknown aetiology. In rare instances, ACL has been reported in association with autoimmune diseases and dermal deposit of immunoglobulins, suggesting that destruction of elastic tissue may be immunologically mediated. We report a 35-year-old man with generalized acquired cutis laxa (GACL) associated with a persistent papular erythematous eruption that histopathologically showed some resemblance to dermatitis herpetiformis.

Pancreatic tuberculosis is rare and may present differential diagnostic problems, specially with cancer of the pancreas. An immunocompetent patient with a pancreatic tuberculous abscess whose clinical manifestations were epigastric pain and a toxic syndrome of one month of evolution is presented. A cystic mass was detected on computerized axial tomography in the tail of the pancreas suggestive of irresectable carcinoma because of vascular invasion with negative percutaneous cytologic puncture for malignant cells.
