Background: Clinical experiences using a psychosomatic-oriented multimodal treatment approach in patients with post-COVID are promising. We established a half-day multimodal treatment program for post-COVID patients at the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine at General Hospital Nuremberg, Paracelsus Medical University, Germany.
Methods: This observational study between January 2022 and March 2023 comprised baseline documentation of Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQD), ICD-10 Symptom Rating (ISR), Fatigue Scale (FS) and Health Status Questionnaire (SF-12) at admission and discharge of 65 patients suffering from post-COVID.

The causes of decreasing plant species richness include abandonment of traditional management and the spread of invasive species, even in alpine habitats. Studies on the restoration and management of alpine habitats are predominantly focused on vascular plants, although an important part of alpine vegetation and its diversity is formed by bryophytes. We used bryophytes to indicate changes that occur after the clearcutting of nonindigenous dwarf pine (Pinus mugo Turra) and attempted to reveal the community to which the development of bryophyte species structure was directed.

Paper describes the system that is developed by the authors and which allows interconnection of vital signs monitor DASH, implant control system ICS 3000, HIS (Hospital Information System) used at Městská nemocnice Ostrava and REPACE the central registry of pacemaker implantations. This connection allows users to effectively create, store and visualize operation reports with patient's data. The new system is being developed using C# programming language within .

During this time, the sarcolemmal (SL) Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX) function decreases and the sarcoendoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA2) function increases. We examined the effects of postnatal hypo- or hyperthyroidism on NCX and SERCA2 in rat hearts.

The concentration of collagenous proteins in the LV was elevated in both experimental groups (more in the A2 rats) at the expenses of sarcoplasmic proteins. Aortic banding also affected the proportion of collagen types (lower collagen I, higher collagen III, V) and myosin light chains (higher LC1/LC2) in the LV.
