Study Design Size Duration: This was a retrospective, descriptive study of 135 cycles performed between 2007 and 2016 at a fertility center in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico.

We present a case of parasitic thyroid nodule in a 62-year-old woman with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. The patient underwent right hemithyroidectomy for a 15-mm nodule suspicious for malignancy. A recurrential ipsilateral lymph nodule was identified and removed.
