The way in which parents discuss children's past emotional events with them is associated with various outcomes in children, such as emotion regulation skills and behavior problems. For children growing up with adverse experiences such as witnessing domestic violence, it is particularly important to understand the link between emotion dialogues and child functioning, because parents' guidance in dialogues about emotional events may be hampered or suboptimal. Previous studies on parent-child emotion dialogues using the Autobiographical Emotional Events Dialogues (AEED) measure usually focused on composite scores, failing to take into account the various aspects of parent-child emotion dialogues.

Background: Autologous facial fat grafting is used to restore volume loss in the facial region. The volume retention after grafting is not stable over time.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess long-term visible volume retention measured with 3-dimensional surface imaging and long-term patient-reported satisfaction 5 years after facial fat grafting.
Background: Mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (M-TEER) has emerged as a viable therapy option in patients with severe mitral regurgitation and high surgical risk. Although atrial fibrillation is common among patients undergoing M-TEER, the optimal anticoagulatory treatment after the intervention is unknown.
Methods: A single-center retrospective observational analysis was conducted using data from the M-TEER registry at the University Hospital Cologne collected from 2019 untill 2021 including patients undergoing M-TEER between November 2012 and April 2019.
Background: The Needs Assessment Framework (NAF) stimulates awareness of care staff to consider perspectives of clients with intellectual disabilities in decisions on involuntary care. We explored the effect of implementers' participation in a Virtual Community-of-Practice (VCoP) for designing implementation plans, on NAF implementation and staff awareness.
Method: A quasi-experimental design was used to compare implementation and awareness by care staff (n = 54) between organisations that implemented NAF with VCoP participation (N = 4) and organisations that implemented NAF as usual (N = 3).
To accelerate cutaneous wound healing and prevent scarring, regenerative approaches such as injecting a mechanically derived tissue stromal vascular fraction (tSVF) are currently under clinical and laboratory investigations. The aim of our study was to investigate a platform to assess the interaction between skin-derived extracellular matrix (ECM) hydrogels and tSVF and their effects on their microenvironment in the first ten days of culture. A tSVF mixed with ECM hydrogel was cultured for ten days.
