Purpose: There are currently limited data regarding patient perceptions and fears related to radiation therapy (RT). This study sought to identify and quantify patient concerns regarding RT and to determine the potential value of assessing these expectations prior to initial consultation.
Methods And Materials: Patients with no prior history of RT were invited to complete an investigator-developed anonymous electronic survey prior to consultation.
Lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel) is an autologous CD19-directed CAR T cell therapy approved for the treatment of relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). We present a multicenter retrospective study evaluating safety, efficacy, and resource utilization of liso-cel in the standard-of-care setting. Patients received commercial liso-cel at 7 US medical centers and patient selection, toxicity management, and disease assessment followed institutional practices.

For patients with medically refractory disease, intra-articular corticosteroid therapy, hyaluronic acid, or surgery can be considered.
