Objectives: There is a need for effective and engaging training methods to enhance technical and nontechnical skills in robotic-assisted surgery (RAS), where deficiencies can compromise safety and efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the impact of a gamified team training intervention, the "RAS Olympics," on the safety and efficiency of RAS procedures.
Methods: The study was conducted at a 958-bed tertiary care academic medical center in with a robust robotic surgery program.

Purpose Of Review: Transgender and non-binary patients (TGNB) undergoing gender affirming genital surgery may experience perioperative voiding dysfunction. This review aims to outline and analyze literature about gender affirming pelvic surgery urinary complications, evaluation, and treatment.
Recent Findings: If a patient is seeking bottom surgery, then urinary goals and pre-operative symptoms should be discussed with respect to variable post-operative outcomes.
Purpose: The effects of gender-affirming hormone therapy on prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and prostate cancer incidence in transgender or nonbinary individuals (TGNB) born with prostate glands remain uncharacterized.
Methods And Materials: The cohort included 1024 self-identified TGNB individuals assigned male at birth who received PSA testing in the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, matched by birth year to cisgender men. PSA changes were measured using linear-mixed effects modeling accounting for repeated measures and matching.
Objective: To elucidate the application of HF approaches within urology to improve clinical work-system function via a systematic scoping review. Human Factors (HF) plays an integral role to improving safety, efficiency, and well-being by optimizing work-system interactions. Despite its established application across various high-risk industries, the systematic exploration of HF methods applied within urology remains limited.
