Intraventricular vector flow mapping (VFM) is an increasingly adopted echocardiographic technique that derives time-resolved two-dimensional flow maps in the left ventricle (LV) from color-Doppler sequences. Current VFM models rely on kinematic constraints arising from planar flow incompressibility. However, these models are not informed by crucial information about flow physics; most notably the forces within the fluid and the resulting accelerations.

The goal is to build a unique biorepository integrated with a customized informatics platform, identify, validate, and functionally characterize novel GBC risk biomarkers, and develop GBC prediction models integrating epidemiological and genetic-molecular risk factors. We decided to develop the electronic data collection application EULAT eCollect to facilitate the retrieval of socio-demographic, clinical, lifestyle, nutritional, and sample information from the 15,000 Latin Americans we are enrolling.

Objectives: The authors aimed to develop a risk prediction model for aortic stenosis (AS) prognosis using machine learning techniques.
Methods: A prognostic algorithm was developed using an AS registry of 10,407 patients undergoing echocardiography between 2008 and 2020.
Background: The location of cutaneous melanoma is associated with photoexposure.
Objectives: To retrospectively analyze changes in the location of cutaneous melanoma over the past 30 years.
Patients And Methods: All patients treated at our hospital for cutaneous melanoma from 1988 through 2017 were prospectively collected.
