In the context of growing the adoption of advanced sensors and systems for active vehicle safety and driver assistance, an increasingly important issue is the security of the information exchanged between the different sub-systems of the vehicle. Random number generation is crucial in modern encryption and security applications as it is a critical task from the point of view of the robustness of the security chain. Random numbers are in fact used to generate the encryption keys to be used for ciphers.

Together with sympathoinhibitory cardiovascular reflexes, suppressed in the presence of the syndrome, heart failure can contribute to physical exercise intolerance. The hyperactivation of signals originated from receptors located in skeletal muscles (mechanoreceptors - metaboreceptors) is a recently proposed hypothesis to explain the origin of fatigue and dyspnea symptoms in HF.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThe heart failure (HF) syndrome can be defined as the final pathway of any type of heart disease. The sympatho-inhibitory cardiovascular reflexes, such as the arterial baroreceptor reflex, are significantly decreased in HF. Patients with HF present higher ventilation for a certain workload when compared with normal individuals.

Only low levels of dehydrogenation were achieved with 4 at 150 and 200 degrees C except in the presence a hydrogen acceptor, 3,3-dimethyl-1-butene (tbe). At temperatures above 150 degrees C, 3 showed high activity with 5 but only for the release of H2 across the C-N bond.
