Purpose: Map the nuclear error phenotypes in the two-cell embryo after assisted reproduction using time lapse images and the effect on good quality blastocyst formation.

Methods: Retrospective cohort study using time lapse images, categorizing 2331 two-cell embryos from 392 patient couples and 504 ART cycles categorizing each embryo as mononucleated, multinucleated, micronucleated, binucleated, split nucleation or mixed error. Correlating nuclear error phenotype with good quality blastocyst formation rate (BFR) using contingency tables and unadjusted odds ratio.

Internal consistency of the Mental Health Professional Culture Inventory: A pilot study in Romanian population.

The objective of this study (registered under number 2020 006) was to assess the internal consistency of the revised Mental Health Professional Culture Inventory (MHPCI) scale, which comprises 15 items, among mental health service workers in Romania. To examine the psychometric properties of the MHPCI questionnaire within the Romanian population, we employed two main methods: The partial credit model (PCM) and Exploratory factor analysis (EFA). A total of 94 individuals were interviewed, and among them, 71 provided complete responses to the questionnaire.

Decision trees for determining the fate of laboratory animals.

Facilities involved in laboratory animal research often face ethical challenges such as: what should I do with the animals that are no longer suitable for experimental purposes? One of the common answers to this question is to kill them. And while numerous scientifically justifiable reasons exist for killing laboratory animals, we must not overlook our ethical responsibility towards these sentient beings. Animal facility managers and scientists frequently find themselves in a moral dilemma, torn between furthering their research and addressing the well-being of experimental animals required for their studies.

Combined Resection of Liver and Hilar Bifurcation for Colorectal Liver Metastasis: A Single-Center Experience and Review of the Literature.

Introduction: Colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) infiltrating the hilar bifurcation is rarely described. We investigated the outcome of partial hepatectomy combined with resection of the hilar bifurcation.
