This process entails the phosphorylation or dephosphorylation of various proteins, and multiple signaling pathways are recognized to play a role. The present study aims to identify alterations in the expression of proteins related to the phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT) signaling pathway and assess sperm functions during capacitation.

Patients And Methods: Using the Korean National Health Insurance Service database from 2014 to 2021, a new-user cohort was established through propensity score matching for SGLT2i, TZD, and DPP-4i. The primary outcomes were major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), comprising myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, and cardiovascular death.

Role of parenting attitudes and basic psychological needs in life skills development and transfer among Korean student-athletes.

Recent literature on positive youth development through sports has consistently emphasized the role of parents in developing and transferring life skills of athletes. However, related research findings are still lacking, especially within Asia. This study aimed to validate a structural relationship of perceived positive and negative parenting attitudes, basic psychological needs, life skills development, and transfer among student-athletes in South Korea.
