Background: Atherogenic index of plasma (AIP), a novel logarithmic index that combines fasting triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations, is associated with the burden of atherosclerosis. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between AIP and coronary artery disease (CAD) risk, severity, and prognosis in populations with and without established CAD.
Methods: PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science were systematically searched from the inception of each database to August 13, 2024.
Context: Little is known about the prevalence of goal-concordant care (GCC) in the NICU and whether it can be measured from chart data.
Objectives: To determine if GCC can be evaluated using chart data, to identify factors associated with GCC, and to evaluate the impact of pediatric palliative care (PPC) consultation on GCC.
Methods: Retrospective review of infants who died in a level IV NICU over a 10-year period (2014-2024).
Background: Authorities globally recommended a monovalent omicron XBB.1.5-based COVID-19 vaccine for the 2023-24 season.

However, the impact of prepectoral versus subpectoral implant reconstruction on nipple position, clinical outcomes, and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) after NSM remains unknown.
Objective: We hypothesized that prepectoral reconstruction would lead to a more anatomic nipple position and improved clinical outcomes and PROs as compared to subpectoral reconstruction following NSM.
Extinction may alter the representation of a cue (e.g., it becomes less salient).
