Objective: One of the main problems with Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) is its tendency to recur. The objective of the study is to analyze which factors in the clinical management of CDI favor recurrence.
Methods: This is a retrospective study conducted at the Hospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias on cases of CDI between January 2021 and June 2023.

Aims: To determine the prevalence of probable prolonged grief disorder (PGD) at 12 months post-loss and beyond. The aim of this study was to examine the trend in the maternal mortality rate and its most common causes in Spain in recent years and to analyse its relationship with maternal origin.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional study of all live births as well as those resulting in maternal death in Spain during the period between 2000 and 2018.
